Eligibility

To be eligible for these positions, you need to meet specific educational and physical requirements for each branch:

Flying Branch

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field. You also need to have studied Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 (Intermediate) level, or hold a B.E./B.Tech degree from a recognized university.

Ground Duty Technical Branch

  • Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics):

    You need to have passed your 10+2 (Intermediate) exam with at least 60% marks in both Physics and Mathematics. Additionally, you must have a minimum 4-year graduation or integrated postgraduate degree in Engineering or Technology.

  • Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical):

    You should have passed your 10+2 (Intermediate) exam with at least 60% marks in both Physics and Mathematics. You also need a 4-year degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aeronautical Engineering or Technology.

Ground Duty Non-Technical Branch

  • Administration & Logistics:

    You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a minimum of 60% marks.

    Physical Eligibility: If you are male, your minimum height must be 157.5 cm. If you are female, your minimum height must be 152 cm.

  • Accounts:

    You need a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with at least 60% marks.

    Physical Eligibility: For male candidates, the minimum height is 157.5 cm. For female candidates, it’s 152 cm.

  • Education:

    You should hold an MBA, MCA, MA, or M.Sc. degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

    Physical Eligibility: Male candidates need a minimum height of 157.5 cm. Female candidates need a minimum height of 152 cm.

  • Meteorology Entry:

    You must have a Master’s Degree in any field from a recognized university.

NCC Special Entry: Flying

You need an NCC Air Wing Senior Division “C” Certificate. You also need to meet the other eligibility criteria for the Flying Branch.
