Educational Qualifications

Manager	You need a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, or a Bachelor’s Degree with Economics, Math, or Statistics (at least 55% marks) plus basic computer knowledge (O Level or similar). OR, you can have a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT, BCA, or MCA (at least 55% marks). OR, a BBA/MBA in Banking, Finance, or HR, or a full-time PGDM in Banking, Finance, or HR from a recognized institution.
Junior Manager	You need a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, or a Bachelor’s Degree with Economics, Math, or Statistics (at least 55% marks) plus basic computer knowledge (O Level or similar). OR, you can have a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT, BCA, or MCA (at least 55% marks). OR, a BBA/MBA in Banking, Finance, or HR, or a full-time PGDM in Banking, Finance, or HR from a recognized institution.
Assistant/ Cashier (Banking Assistant/Clerical Staff)	You need a Bachelor’s Degree (at least 55% marks) from any recognized university. You must also have a minimum CCC computer certificate.
Assistant/Typist	You need a Graduation degree from a recognized university. You must have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and 40 words per minute in English. A minimum CCC computer certificate is also required.
Assistant Engineer (Civil)	You need a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification approved by the Government.
