Eligibility
To be eligible for the Court Manager position, you needed a Bachelor’s Degree. On top of that, you also needed an MBA or an Advanced Diploma in General Management from a university or institute recognized by UGC in India. You should have had at least five years of experience or training in areas like Systems & Process Management, IT Systems Management, Human Resource Management, or Financial Management.
It was also important to have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and the official languages of Chhattisgarh. Strong social and interpersonal skills, along with excellent computer application skills, were also required. If you had qualifications and experience in the field of law, you would have been given preference.
